Starting 15 September 2011 prepaid users will be charged 6% as services tax. The charges imposed by the telcos provider which the same has been charged to them previously, without being approved by the government. That burdensome is now shifted to the users who have to bear the services tax. The main thing to our concern as a telco user towards this news is what are the things that the telco provider is offering us as to this increment? Second, what consideration that derived them to imposed the additional 6 %? Third, why there is no review, suggestion, research, feedback before the imposing of 6%? If they are offering us a better service and wider coverage, that is what we enjoying nowadays, we are living in 2011! Most likely this increment is burdensome to the prepaid users. Why must almost everything on earth is charged and its been increase day by day? Perhaps, we have to start thinking of having our own satellite.
